Things you may need to know about using our services before you use them.
Please read (it might be important) and please excuse us while we get all legal for a moment.
1. The LiveCarBR.com service
Please note that these Terms do not apply to our Sellers; if you are a supplier of car parts, car breaker, recycler or any other car parts related provider and wish to discuss working with us, please contact us at email@example.com breakers signed up may have their previous or current online reviews advertised on our website, these may or may not be upto date.
You are responsible for all compliance with laws and regulations, which apply to you.
The provider of LiveCarBR.com is Rmetrading. You can contact us via our online contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org
When the Terms make a reference to ‘we’ or ‘us’ that is a reference to LiveCarBR.com.
Where we refer to you in the Terms, this also includes any person that accesses or uses LiveCarBR.com on your behalf.
“ LiveCarBR.com” consists of the Site, any LiveCarBR.com-branded mobile apps we might make available, any pages or promotions we operate on third party social media applications or platforms, and the content and services we make available through them via the internet or mobile devices (including smart phones and tablets). It also includes the provision by us of associated information, products and services by e-mail or your mobile device.
LiveCarBR.com is designed to enable users to submit “Requests for Quotes” for car parts and receive responses from LiveCarBR.com selected sellers with an indication of the fees chargeable by them for their provision of that car part/s and/or assistance and any conditions applicable to those fees (“Quotes”).
Any person whose Quote we send to you in response to your Request for Quotes by means of LiveCarBR.com or who we otherwise directly introduce to you is a “Seller or breaker”.
You are responsible for accurately describing your requirements for any part in respect of which you submit a Request for Quotes (“Projects“).
We make no warranty that LiveCarBR.com will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Whilst we take steps to prevent misuse of our systems, we cannot warrant that LiveCarBR.com will be free of viruses or other malicious code and accept no liability for loss or damage caused from the transmission of such code. We recommend that you always use up-to-date firewalls and anti-malware software to protect your equipment and data.
4. You and the Seller
All Sellers provide company information, which is checked for contact ability from the info they provide. Although we may generally suggest one or more Sellers based on your submitted request, we cannot make any kind of guarantee as to the legal ability, competence, or quality of the Sellers who may be listed on the Site. We merely make LiveCarBR.com available to enable you to identify and determine the suitability of Sellers for yourself.
We do not warrant the accuracy, quality or completeness of any information or assistance obtained from Sellers. We do not direct, have any control over, or make any assurance or representation about any Seller.
If you accept any Quotes you will engage the Seller, without any further LiveCarBR.com involvement in the process. We will not be a party to any contract made between you and any Seller and therefore we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that results from any dealings between you and any Seller. It is your responsibility to select a suitable Seller and to negotiate the terms of any sale to be completed by the Seller selected.
You should in all cases make your own enquiries as to the suitability of any Seller for your particular request. It is the breakers responsibility to match part numbers with yours and it will be a likely guaranteed match if buyers can provide part numbers to the breaker directly.
You should not engage any Seller or make any deposit or other payment to them without having conducted such checks to your full satisfaction. While our hope is that you will be happy with every Seller you find through LiveCarBR.com you should not engage any Seller if you have any doubts or concerns about them. Breaker reviews shown are an average or sole score collected from other online review source(s) at the time of publishing. Users can request to update the review annually.
We may include in LiveCarBR.com information sourced from Sellers, including general news and information and profiles of individual Sellers. We do not write or control that information, and have no responsibility to you or any person for it.
Any information on LiveCarBR.com is for general guidance only and is not legal advice. You should take all due care in relying on such information, as this is done at your own risk.
In the unlikely event that you have a dispute with a Seller, you must address such dispute directly to the Seller concerned, or the Trading Standards Agency.
However, you agree to notify the details of the dispute to us as soon as reasonably practicable. We cannot be involved in your dealings with Sellers. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Sellers, by using LiveCarBR.com you release us from any and all claims, demands and damages of every kind arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
LiveCarBR.com may allow third party sellers to sponsor, list and sell their products at LiveCarBR.com. In each such case this is indicated on the respective product detail page. While LiveCarBR.com helps facilitate transactions that are carried out on the LiveCarBR.com Marketplace, LiveCarBR.com is neither the buyer nor the seller of the seller’s items. LiveCarBR.com provides a venue for sellers and buyers to negotiate and complete transactions. Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a sale for these third party products is solely between buyer and seller. LiveCarBR.com is not a party to this contract nor assumes any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it nor is it the seller’s agent. The seller is responsible for the sale of the products and for dealing with any buyer claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller.
7. Your use of LiveCarBR.com
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally entitled to submit to LiveCarBR.com any information, which you include in a Request for Quotes. You may only use LiveCarBR.com to invite Quotes for genuine reasons where you have authority to engage a seller and your intention is to do so subject to agreeing suitable terms. You may not invite Quotes for any transaction, which is illegal or unlawful.
You agree not to use LiveCarBR.com in any unlawful manner and in particular shall not:
a. Include in any Request for Quote any information that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property right or proprietary right of any person; b. Submit to BreakerYard.com any corrupted files, files that contain viruses, or any other item that may damage the operation of a computer or other electronic device; c. Impersonate another person or entity; d. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels on any material contained in a Request for Quote; e. Cause LiveCarBR.com to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such that the effectiveness or functionality of LiveCarBR.com is in any way impaired; or
f. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and benefitting from LiveCarBR.com.
You may withdraw a Request for Quote at any time by emailing email@example.com. This will not affect any engagement you have already entered into with a Seller.
You must not include in any Request for Quotes any information which could personally identify any other person, unless you are entitled to do so.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content from LiveCarBR.com without our prior written permission.
If you agree to receive our newsletter every month on general topical motoring items and issues. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time.
It is not possible for us to review all websites, which are linked to from LiveCarBR.com (or link to LiveCarBR.com), and you should therefore take care when following any link. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered as a result of following any links.
9. Use of Requests for Quotes
You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and completeness of each Request for Quote you submit to LiveCarBR.com, and agree that they shall only contain information, which is true, accurate and current.
You acknowledge that we may edit, modify or remove any parts of a Request for Quotes, which we consider, is in breach of any of the provisions of the Terms, and/or suspend or terminate your access to LiveCarBR.com without notice.
By providing a Request for Quotes you grant to us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute and display the Request for Quotes alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed. You warrant that you are entitled to grant such a license. You also waive any moral rights you have in Requests for Quotes. Do not include in any Request for Quotes any information that you would not want us to use in this way.
You consent to information about the device you use to access LiveCarBR.com being collected and processed for fraud prevention purposes and you acknowledge that we may use third parties (and information they provide) to help us prevent fraud or unauthorized access to our Service.
After engaging a Seller through Livecarbr.com, you will be given the option to complete a review of that Seller (“Review”). You are solely responsible for the content of any Review you provide on the outside platforms. You agree to ensure that all Reviews you submit are in accordance with this section 9, and you will indemnify us for any breach of this section 9. You confirm that any Review you provide does not contain any unlawful or inappropriate content. All Reviews will be programmatically screened to check whether they contain any unlawful or inappropriate content, which includes but is not limited to content that is: a. threatening; b. obscene; c. sexually explicit; d. inciting racism, hatred or terrorism; and/or e. offensive.
To the extent that all or any part of a Review contains potentially unlawful or inappropriate content, we may at our absolute discretion, delete it entirely or remove all or any part of a Review. We are not under any obligation to notify you of this decision.
By providing a Review, you confirm that: f. the Review is your independent, honest, genuine opinion of a seller that you have engaged by means of LiveCarBR.com,
g. you have no personal or commercial relationship with the seller being reviewed, and
h. you have not been offered any incentive to write the Review. You acknowledge that we offer the seller a right of reply, which is subject to the seller’s usual confidentiality obligations.
Any Review you provide will be viewable by users of LiveCarBR.com. We reserve the right without notice to edit or delete your Review where we have reason to believe it breaches any of these Terms, or take such steps as necessary to protect us or others, or if we are required to do so by law or any appropriate authority. We are not responsible if third parties misuse your Review as this is outside of our reasonable control.
We do not endorse or recommend any Reviews and you rely on the information in any Reviews at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property rights
You acknowledge that all present and future copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in, or used in connection with, LiveCarBR.com and any part of it (the “Intellectual Property“), including but not limited to the content of any Review and the manner in which LiveCarBR.com is presented or appears and all information and documentation relating to it, is our property (or that of our licensors), and nothing in the Terms shall be taken to transfer any of the Intellectual Property to you.
Solely for the purposes of receiving LiveCarBR.com, we hereby grant to you for the period during which LiveCarBR.com is provided a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Intellectual Property.
To the extent that the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights in the content of any Review you provide do not already belong to us, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, fully sub-licensable license to use, copy, alter, display and create extracts of, or derivative works from, that Review in any media formats, on LiveCarBR.com, on our other channels including mobile, email communications, social media, PR, competitions and press releases and also on third party media, including for the purpose of redistribution or promotion of LiveCarBR.com. You are not entitled to royalty payments or any other compensation or fee related to any such use of a Review. You waive your moral rights in relation to such a Review to the extent legally permitted. You also grant each other user of LiveCarBR.com a license to use your Review to the extent expressly permitted by these terms and conditions.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in the Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are dissatisfied with LiveCarBR.com, or the terms of the Terms, your only remedy under the Terms shall be to discontinue use of LiveCarBR.com. Without limiting the preceding sentence, we shall have no liability for any failure or delay resulting from any matter beyond our reasonable control.
Other than as set out in the two paragraphs immediately above, we shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, misrepresentation, or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with the Terms.
Except as expressly set out in the Terms, all conditions, warranties and obligations which may be implied or incorporated into the Terms by statute, common law, or otherwise and any liabilities arising from them are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
We shall not be liable for any loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other economic loss (even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage).
In the event that any limitation or exclusion of liability in the Terms is not enforceable, then we shall not be liable to you for more than £1 in aggregate in respect of matters arising out of any individual Request for Quotes.
Each of the provisions of this section 11 (Limitation of Liability) shall be construed separately and independently of the others.
13. Our rights
We reserve the right at all times to edit, refuse to post, or to remove from LiveCarBR.com any information or materials for any reason whatsoever, and to disclose any information we deem appropriate to satisfy any obligation we may have under applicable laws, regulatory requirements, legal processes, or to satisfy any request of the police, government or any regulatory body.
We reserve the right to terminate the provision to you of LiveCarBR.com or restrict your access to LiveCarBR.com at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever, including if we suspect you to be in breach of any of the Terms.
We may vary the terms of the Terms from time to time and shall post such alterations on the Site. If you do not agree to the changes made to the terms of the Terms then you have the right to stop using Service, and should do so immediately. Your continued use of LiveCarBR.com after the date the changes have been posted will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
Section headings are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
If any of the Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable such provisions shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect unless the business purpose of the Terms is substantially frustrated, in which case it shall terminate without giving rise to further liability.
You may not assign, transfer or sub-contract any of your rights under the Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer or sub-contract all or any of our rights at any time without consent.
No waiver shall be effective unless in writing, and no waiver shall constitute a continuing waiver so as to prevent us or you from acting upon any continuing or subsequent breach or default.
The Terms constitute the entire agreement as to your use of and our provision of LiveCarBR.com and supersedes and extinguishes all previous communications, representations (other than fraudulent misrepresentations) and arrangements, whether written or oral.
You acknowledge that you have placed no reliance on any representation made but not set out expressly in the Terms.
The Terms shall be subject to the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
LiveCarBR – Breakers : Free service offered to selected UK breakers. We shall not refund for service agreed and for rendered marketing plans set once an account is activated.
Our Terms and conditions are there so that customers who buy from you (the seller) through us (LiveCarBR.com) don’t have that experience and then stop using our service. The terms and conditions are also there to help make sure that no-one on our network is breaking the law. For these reasons, we take them seriously. When you sign up to LiveCarBR.com you’re saying that you’ll stick to them. They’re not just a list of rules ; they’re also handy for anyone who wants to learn how to sell well online. Free service for selected breakers UK for the foreseeable future.
By logging into or using LiveCarBR.com you fully agree to these Terms of Business and are therefore bound by them. Any changes to the breakers business must be updated on file immediately including names, address, phone numbers and emails
The service operates on a ‘FREE’ basis until a ; per Live Request basis is then chargeable at any time for a small fortnightly fee based on live enquiries generated per breaker. Any activated accounts will need to be marked active and this is subject to change at any time. Directors ID copy of passport or driving licence is required once package is paid to fully activate the account.
If you want to cancel your account, or put it on hold, a written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org is required 30 days prior to the next payment date.
All transactions made through LiveCarBR.com are subject to the Consumer Contract Regulations. Any images uploaded by breakers is free for our usage eternally, to be used on other outside platforms
You must provide the buyer with the following: A. An accurate description of the goods they are buying B. The full price of the goods inc. delivery if required minus a minimal 2-5% deduction on usual prices, in return for no cost marketing or minimal cost marketing C. Delivery and cancellation rights D. Information about yourself as a seller. Our own special deal to breakers and package prices maybe changed at anytime.
You must provide correct pricing, guarantees and delivery information at all times when using LiveCarBR.com. You must provide buyers with a clear returns policy and terms and conditions either within your contact details terms (box) or by email before completion of the buyer payment by email.
You must display high standards of customer service as LiveCarBR.com will be introducing you as a preferred supplier. Failure to maintain service standards will lead to the account being deactivated with no refund. We require true details of company otherwise your account maybe locked.
You must make sure that all parts are tested and adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Failure to do so will jeopardise service standards. We will use breaker current reviews online within their listings at our discretion. A weekly (Tuesday AM) update is required on live car listings before mass marketing of the updated parts list is launched.
LiveCarBR.com reserves the right to immediately deactivate an account should LiveCarBR.com deem the supplier is acting in an improper manner. No refund will subsequently be made.
Upto 407 parts will be marketed per car listing using general and specialist keyword marketing by an exert on the google network amongst other marketing avenues also. 1 month is calendar days
Our Terms of Business
1.1 Sellers must be respectful, honest and transparent.
1.2 Sellers must adhere to the terms and conditions. By using the LiveCarBR.com system, sellers have accepted and will be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 Sellers must operate within the legal system.
1.4 Sellers must not impersonate LiveCarBR.com.
1.5 Sellers will not sublet the LiveCarBR.com system.
1.6 Sellers acknowledge that by using the LiveCarBR.com system you have entered into a contract with RME trading Limited.
1.7 LiveCarBR.com reserves the right to immediately deactivate an account should LiveCarBR.com deem the seller is acting in an improper manner. No refund will be made.
1.8 Sellers must ensure high standards of buyer services as LiveCarBR.com will be endorsing your company. Failure to maintain service standards will lead to the account being deactivated with no refund.
1.9 Sellers must provide genuine quotes/listings.
1.10 Sellers must supply genuine and safe parts.
1.11 Sellers must provide correct pricing, guarantees and delivery information to buyers at all times.
1.12 Sellers must log onto the system each morning.
1.13 Sellers must respond to all communications within one day. An answer phone is required.
1.14 Sellers must keep all listings up to date every 7 days. After 3 weeks without listings updated a buyers account maybe suspended permanently. Random tests maybe carried out by staff to ensure listings are updated. An email warning maybe issued and if ignored after 7 days the account maybe closed.
1.15 Sellers must not cherry pick requests and aim to answer all requests.
1.16 Sellers should reply within 60 minutes of a buyer part request.
1.17 Sellers must request payment for each special deal by paypal or card from buyers.
1.18 Sellers must supply their Terms of business within the paypal request or email for payment as an attachment.
1.19 Unlimited package will give maximum marketing within reason a ratio to stay profitable using any payment received and that ratio is at the managers/ owners discretion.
2. Product availability
2.1 Sellers must ensure the items offered are in stock and are delivered to the buyer, unless the buyer doesn’t meet the terms of your listing.
2.2 Sellers must immediately let the buyer know if there is a problem beyond your control. The seller is responsible for letting the buyer know when the item will be dispatched, or issuing a full refund immediately.
2.3 Sellers must not list an item that may be out of stock by the time of purchase.
2.4 Sellers must not dispatch an item that was not ordered by the buyer.
2.5 Pictures must be of the item being quoted or match the one paid for by the buyer.
3. Sellers terms and conditions
3.1 Sellers must clearly specify the terms and conditions of the sale on the listing, so buyers know what to expect e.g. mileage on engines included in the payment request.
3.2 Sellers must meet the expectations you’ve set in your listing and include the following information on your listing:
3.2.1 Return policy
3.2.2 Postage and packaging method, fees and other information
3.2.3 Taxes and any applicable government imposed fees
3.2.4 The terms of the transaction laid out for buyers
3.3 Sellers must not provide inconsistent or misleading information on the terms and conditions of the sale.
3.4 Sellers must not change the terms of the sale once a buyer has committed to purchase the item.
3.5 Sellers must not list different postage and packaging charges in the listing description and the packaging charges fields of the sell your item form.
3.6 Sellers must not provide false tracking information.
3.7 Sellers must not state acceptance of returns in the listing, but refuse to honour it after the item has been purchased, even if the item meets the stated requirements.
3.8 Sellers must not use LiveCarBR.com’s artwork and expressions.
3.9 Sellers must, after making payment for the quarterly selected package on the initial completion provide Director ID by email for their account to be activated. This can be passport or driving licence.
4.1 Sellers must respond promptly to any questions during the buying process, and after the item has been purchased.
4.2 Sellers must be friendly and professional in all communication, including emails.
4.3 Sellers must send postal updates with tracking information, if available.
4.4 Sellers must be responsive to any buyer concerns or problems.
4.5 Sellers must not use profane or offensive language with anyone using the service provided by LiveCarBR.com.
4.6 Sellers must not send anyone inappropriate images including nudity, profanity, or content not related to a LiveCarBR.com listing.
4.7 Under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 sellers must provide the following information in the Business Seller Information section of your listings:
4.7.1 Full contact details for your business, including the geographical address
4.7.2 Details of any relevant trade organisations to which you belong
4.7.3 Details of any authorisation scheme relevant to your online business
4.7.4 Clear indications of price, if relevant, including any delivery or tax charges
4.7.5 Your VAT number, if your online activities are subject to VAT
5.1 Sellers must acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours.
5.2 Sellers must resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
6. Refunds, returns and exchanges
6.1 Sellers must resolve all refunds, returns and exchanges within 14 working days.
6.2 If a part is returned by the buyer in warranty, the seller must issue a full refund providing the part has not been tampered with.
6.3 Sellers must display a clear returns policy which can reassure potential buyers.
6.4 Legal obligations state for business sellers, if you trade as a business, you’re legally obliged to sort things out for your buyer if an item is faulty or arrives damaged. A buyer has the right to return an item to you if they change their mind up to 30 days after they have received the item.

6.6 Sellers must notify the buyer of the time period in which a part can be returned.
6.7 Sellers must notify the buyer who pays for the return postage. If not specified by the seller, the seller is under the obligation to cover the cost.
6.8 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the seller must refund the original outbound postage cost (the basic cost only, even if the customer paid for more expensive delivery) should a buyer decide to return an item within 14 days after having received the item.
6.9 Sellers must notify the buyer if there are item conditions required for return, and clearly state those conditions.
6.10 Sellers must notify the buyer how the refund is issued (for example, money back, or exchange for an identical item).
6.11 Sellers must notify the buyer how long it will take for a return to be processed and the money refunded back into the buyer’s account.
6.12 Sellers must not charge restocking fees or any type of administration fee. This is a legal obligation.
6.13 Sellers must not include returns information in the item description where buyers may not see it.
6.14 A default returns policy will be displayed if the seller does not provide one.
7.1 In the event of a dispute only a buyer can open a case against the seller.
7.2 Sellers must reply within 24 hours to a buyer’s case with a fast and fair solution based on genuine evidence provided.
7.3 Sellers must be aware that if 3 listings from separate users are reported within 3 months the account will be suspended and listings ceased until the cases are cleared.
7.4 If any seller puts LiveCarBR.com into disrepute the account will be immediately deactivated with no refund payable.
8. Payments and subscriptions
8.1 Subscription Payments
8.1.1 The monthly or quarterly subscription fees operates on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. The marketing cap for any Unlimited package is 300 cars per month or quarter meaning general marketing will still apply but no specific based marketing will be per car thereafter unless a fee is paid await (email).
8.1.2 Subscription payments made through bank transfer only are required with paypal / card payement on a subscribe basis available. Once the first monthly payment is agreed subsequent quarterly payments maybe be debited from the same account automatically.
8.1.3 Sellers must pay the subscription fee by bank transfer, paypal subscribe or on a standing order quarterly for any package. This needs to be setup via their online bank or via paypal link.
8.2 Upgrade to elite package from the starter is possible for the full quarter. This is calculated on the days used on the starter package leaving any remainder monies to be used towards the elite package cost. No downgrading is permitted from elite to the starter package within the quarter paid for.
8.2.2 Sellers must make all payments 7 days prior to expiry to keep listings on any package retrievable. Cancellation is required 30 days in advance of package expiry.
8.3 Sellers must not encourage or allow buyers to make direct payments into seller personal accounts, or business accounts.
9.1 Should a seller wish to cancel or put their account on hold, a written notification by email to email@example.com is required 30 days prior to the hold date or to cancel. Fees are not refundable yet marketing days can be credited within 12 months to use the service again. Any paypal dispute opened once the account has been activated in not permitted. This may result in a moneyclaim with legal fees applied for service rendered via account subscription basis agreed via the HMRC legal system.
10.1 Sellers must provide a warranty for all items from 60 days or more. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the minimum guarantee for any item is 30 days.
11.1 Sellers must be aware feedback is an essential tool for building reputation and growing the business with LiveCarBR.com. It’s meant to be an open and honest place for LiveCarBR.com members to share their experiences with other potential buyers. Unfair reviews left for sellers can be removed – if found by LiveCarBR.com to be so.
11.2 Sellers must be aware inappropriate feedback comments will be removed.
11.3 Sellers must not work with other members to artificially increase the feedback score.
11.4 Sellers must not require buyers to leave specific feedback or detailed seller ratings – whether by setting restrictive terms about feedback in a listing, or refusing to honour your obligations after a sale until the buyer leaves positive feedback (considered feedback extortion).
12. Postage and related charges
12.1 Sellers must specify postage, packaging charges and related service charges in the special deal request to buyers or if included in the total payment required delivery will be considered free.
12.2 Sellers must not provide unclear delivery information or charge unreasonable fees for postage and related services.
12.3 Sellers can charge:
12.3.1 Actual postage cost: This is the final postage and packaging charged. Consider what others in the market charge for delivery of the item being sold to ensure you remain competitive. Also be consistent with LiveCarBR.com policies for the postage and packaging charges. A BREAKDOWN FOR THE PART(S) AND DELIVERY MUST BE ISSUED TO BUYERS ON THE BREAKERS RECEIPT ONCE PAID.
12.3.2 Packaging cost: This can include the cost of packaging materials.
12.3.3 Extra services: If these options are offered to the buyer, you can only charge what they actually cost. Examples of services including:

12.7.2 Tariffs, duties, and customs fees: For international transactions, sellers are not allowed to collect tariffs, duties, or customs fees. (Buyers are responsible for paying these fees as required by country laws.)
12.8 Sellers must not inappropriately classify an item as a gift in order to avoid certain duties, tariffs, or customs fees. UK law prohibits submitting false or misleading customs information.
12.9 Sellers must update their own terms on our website by signing in and adding new terms to the Your details section.
13.1 Sellers must deliver all parts within the estimated time given.
13.2 Sellers must verify all parts are tested before dispatch and hide registration details.
13.3 Sellers must clearly and accurately specify in a listing when the item will be delivered estimated deliveries that are delivered within a 2 days are acceptable if the buyer agrees with written proof.
13.4 Sellers must use tracking, delivery or signature confirmation.
13.5 Sellers are responsible for all items delivered and should reg check and reference part compatibility with the buyers mechanic or garage before sending any part to avoid incompatibility.
13.6 Sellers must test all mechanical and electrical parts and adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before being dispatched. Failure to do so could jeopardise service standards. Should we receive repeat similar complaints here at LiveCarBR.com then deactivation will follow.
13.7 Sellers must not use the following statements:
13.7.1 ‘I am not responsible for the item once it’s been dispatched.’
13.7.2 ‘I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.’
13.7.3 ‘Without insurance, I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.’
13.8 Sellers must not list parts without a dispatch time.

15. Legal requirements
15.1 The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (as amended), places numerous legal obligations on business sellers. In particular, items sold on LiveCarBR.com by sellers to buyers must be:

15.1.3 “fit for purpose”.

15.6 Buyer protection concerning Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 prohibits business sellers from engaging in unfair commercial practices which harm buyers economic interests.
15.7 Sellers must not mislead buyers about the price of a product, or the manner in which the price is calculated.
15.8 Sellers must not mislead buyers as to the existence of a specific price advantage.
15.9 Sellers must not omit information on the price or any related charges including taxes, delivery and postal charges, unless these are already apparent from the context.
15.10 Sellers must not mislead or provide confusing information about the applicability of taxes or customs fees that may be payable on the item which are not included in the sale or postage price.
